LegalPrivacy Policy
Last updated October 20, 2026
DNAwarehousing (“we”, “us”) is a warehousing, distribution and transportation business at 105 Iron St, Etobicoke, Ontario. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
In short
- We only collect what you choose to send us: your contact details and what you need when you ask for a quote.
- We use it to answer your request and, if you become a customer, to serve you. We never sell it or add you to a mailing list.
- This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- Your quote request passes through service providers in the United States (details below).
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
Information we collect
When you request a quote
The quote form on our Contact page asks for your name and email address, and optionally your company and phone number. It also asks about your business needs: the services you’re interested in, estimated volumes, product type, special requirements, a target start date and any message you add. When you submit it, our form provider also receives technical details that come with any web request: your IP address, your browser type, and the date and time.
When you email or call us
If you contact us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share, along with your email address or phone number. Please don’t send sensitive information (such as financial or government ID numbers) through the form or by email.
When you browse the site
Our hosting provider’s servers automatically process your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for, the page that linked you here and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver pages to you and to protect the site from abuse. We don’t use this information to identify you or build a profile of you.
What we don’t collect
This website doesn’t set cookies, and it doesn’t use advertising, social media or cross-site tracking tools, or any analytics. Our fonts and images are served from our own site, not from third parties. The map link to our address opens Google Maps; nothing is sent to Google unless you click it, and Google’s own privacy policy then applies.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to:
- respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote;
- follow up on that request;
- provide services and keep business records if you become a customer;
- keep the website secure and filter out spam; and
- meet our legal obligations.
We won’t use your information for any other purpose without your consent, except where the law requires or permits it. We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we won’t send you marketing emails unless you’ve agreed to receive them.
Consent
By submitting the quote form or contacting us, you consent to us using your information for the purposes above. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us. If you do, we may not be able to give you a quote or provide services.
Service providers and where your information goes
We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website and our email. Each one handles your information only to provide its service to us:
- Formspree, Inc. (United States) receives quote form submissions, filters spam, and forwards each request to our business email.
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365) hosts our business email, where quote requests and your emails to us are received and stored.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) hosts this website and protects it from attacks, processing the technical details described above.
These providers may store or process information in the United States or other countries outside Canada. While it is there, it is subject to the laws of that country and may be accessible to its courts, law enforcement and national security authorities.
We may also disclose personal information where required by law, or to a buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized.
How long we keep it
If you become a customer, we keep your information for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as we need it for legal, tax and accounting purposes. If you don’t, we delete your inquiry within 24 months of our last contact with you. We periodically delete submissions stored in our form provider’s account; our record of your request is the email in our inbox.
How we protect it
This website is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to inquiries is limited to the people at DNAwarehousing who need them to respond to you, and our email accounts are protected by account security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information against loss, theft and unauthorized access. If a breach of security creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will notify you and the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask how we have used or shared it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send your request to our Privacy Officer (below). We may need to confirm your identity first, and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Children
This website is for businesses and isn’t directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes to how we use your information, we’ll ask for your consent where the law requires it.
